went training 2dae & it was indeed hell for me

only 8 ppl came 2dae but it was still as noisy as ever

ran & dribble the ball 30 rounds round the canteen & it was damm tiring

i was stopping, stopping & stopping! i was dissapointed with myself yea.

free shooting then had some type of 'competition' for shooting then we paired ourselves up

& i paired up with grace, she is forever my best partner ;DDDD

we were first to finish for most of the shooting thingy!

we were nt really gd @ first but ltr we bucked ourselves up

& we were chopping, chopping, chopping the balls in!

went jp aft that with teammies & i enjoyed myself yea!
